About the Role:
With the continued success and diversification of our business, we are seeking to appoint a Facilities Maintenance Account Manager to join our fast-growing civil construction business based in Sydney. Working closely with the Facilities Maintenance Manager and the Estimating team, you will provide superior facilities management services for key client accounts.
Duties:
- Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure clients are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
- Use of first principles to develop and coordinate accurate estimates for maintenance projects.
- Conduct research to obtain data on labour costs, materials, production times etc.
- Establishing and maintaining various Safety and Environmental documentation and control measures.
- Manage and maintain systems capturing all preventative and reactive works.
- Planning and coordinating the facilities maintenance works.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a property, facilities management or a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with financial and project management principles
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to liaise confidently with key stake-holders.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Proficient level of PC literacy is a must
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High Level organisational skills
