About the Role: 
With the continued success and diversification of our business, we are seeking to appoint a Facilities Maintenance Account Manager to join our fast-growing civil construction business based in Sydney. Working closely with the Facilities Maintenance Manager and the Estimating team, you will provide superior facilities management services for key client accounts.
 
Duties:

  • Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure clients are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
  • Use of first principles to develop and coordinate accurate estimates for maintenance projects.
  • Conduct research to obtain data on labour costs, materials, production times etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining various Safety and Environmental documentation and control measures.
  • Manage and maintain systems capturing all preventative and reactive works.
  • Planning and coordinating the facilities maintenance works.

Skills and Experience:  

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a property, facilities management or a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with financial and project management principles
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to liaise confidently with key stake-holders.
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Proficient level of PC literacy is a must
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High Level organisational skills
