Building Supervisor and Estimator - Insurance Repairs
ABOUT US:
We are a young vibrant building company specialising in insurance repairs and restoration work. Currently we have a vacancy for an experienced Building Supervisor and Estimator for a permanent position, attending to the Grafton region.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for inspecting building damage to domestic insured properties, preparing quotes, supervising repairs with the assistance of our team of repair coordinators, and adhering to client and internal KPI's.
ABOUT YOU:
- Supervising and Estimating experience within Insurance Repair Building
- Trade background
- Excellent knowledge of the construction industry, (housing repairs)
- Report writing abilities
- Background of producing accurate priced scopes of works
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution
- Must have insurance experience
