Our client is a well known boutique builder specialising in the construction of architecturally designed residential projects in some of Melbourne’s premium suburbs. Over many decades they have established a strong reputation for having the experience, knowledge and understanding of top-end quality projects.
There is now an opportunity for a suitably experienced foreman / site manager to join their successful team and take on a very high quality 2 storey home build with basement of approx. $4M. Your role will involve full supervision of the site on a daily basis, ensuring that the highest level of quality is achieved.
To be successful in this role, your profile should match the following:
- Solid site based supervisory experience
- Experience on projects featuring high quality finishes and complex architectural details
- Professional manner and ability to deal with high end clientele
- Relevant trade qualifications
