About the Role 

Due to the growth of the company, there is currently a new opportunity for a residential draftsperson to join the team. This is a tight knit team that works hard together and has developed a great culture.  

Skills & Experience required:

• Full Time Permanent Role
• Located in Melbourne Office
• Salary range is $65,000 - $70,000 TEC (inclusive of super)
• Drafting experience within the Residential Building Industry is essential (ideally within Integrated and/or Medium Density housing)
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings is essential
• Complete all drafting and documentation tasks as required for relevant projects throughout Australia.
• Co-ordinate/liaise with the internal stakeholders during the preparation of project design and construction documentation.
• Previous experience working with ArchiCAD is preferred.
• Ensure adherence to relevant building rules and regulations.
• High level of numeracy and computer usage skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and administration skills.
