Due to newly appointed projects, there is a requirement for a Site Manager to join the team for a project based in Melbourne’s Northern suburbs.
Your new role
- A 1.5M Education project initially, 5 months from completion (Greenvale location)
- Conducting toolbox meetings
- Ensuring OH&S and quality standards are met on site
- Coordinating trades and working alongside the Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Site Manager position with a Melbourne based builder
- Experience on Commercial projects to a minimum value of $5M
- Trade qualifications in building
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and a passion to succeed
