We are a construction company with over 30 years' experience in building high quality, architecturally award winning designed homes. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic administration person to provide support to our business.
The purpose of this role is to support the efficient flow of all areas within our office environment. This position is based at our office in Healesville.
Working within an open plan environment, key responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and directing queries to staff
General office duties,
Ordering project materials,
Documentation/version control,
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Ability to read construction plans,
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word,
Basic understanding of building terminology & processes,
Ability to calculate quantities,
Accuracy in documentation and data recording,
High-level attention to detail,
Good written and oral communication skills,
The ability to work unsupervised,
Organizational and time management skills.
