Our client is an international leading Real Estate & Property service provider with a broad portfolio of corporate clients across Melbourne CBD they are now looking for an Project Coordinator to immediately start and oversee their complex buildings portfolio for one of their main client's HQ.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively contribute to the development and achievement of Minor Works Projects and support a team of Project Managers in the delivery of those projects.
- Contribute to the development of improvements in service delivery processes and procedures to achieve efficiencies and deliver service outcomes.
- Maintain cooperative relationships with stakeholders, constructively working to resolve issues or escalate where required.
- Contribute to the project management strategies that drive more efficient and effective delivery outcomes for each project.
- Support the development of a stakeholder communication strategy to provide information and strategic advice to client departments and agencies to inform decision making affecting project outcomes.
- Provide input into the development and delivery policies and standards of the department.
- Provide high level project planning advice and expertise across the department to inform decision making to meet ongoing client service requirements.
Key criteria:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and to constructively support the delivery of team and organisation-wide outputs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven capacity to analyse diverse data and information from a range of sources, and to contribute to the development of forward accommodation strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining reports that support strategic planning outcomes and service delivery to clients.
- Knowledge of accommodation planning requirements and standards within the Victorian public sector together with an understanding of the commercial property market.
- Demonstrated capacity to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders with competing demands to achieve agreed outcomes.
