Your new company
Hays is now recruiting for an innovative home builder with over twenty years of experience in the industry. This organisation delivers a range of new homes to their customers, but specialise in both project and custom designed homes. This organisation is in high demand as a result of the quality homes they produce, resulting in them expanding their operations.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the end to end site supervision of project and custom designed homes. The majority of homes you will be responsible for require attention to detail. You will be required to organise the scheduling of all sites, whilst also liaising with all trades/sub-contractors, estimators, contracts admin staff and customers to ensure a timely and high quality project is delivered whilst enforcing all necessary workplace health and safety practices on site.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need Site supervisor experience with project and custom designed homes, as well as experience working for a residential builder in the past. You must hold your QBCC Site Supervisors Licence or your Low Rise Builders Licence. Personally you must be a strong communicator and have strong problem solving skills. It is preferred for you to be confident with the use of building software packages and it would be ideal if you are already familiar with Onsite Companion. You must be happy to commute to the Southside of Brisbane as this is where the bulk of your work will take place. It would be advantageous for you to have a reliable, established trade base on the Southside Suburbs of Brisbane.
