The SA Heart team are dedicated to providing the highest standard of quality cardiac care to our patients with a professional compassionate approach. Proudly a South Australian privately owned and operated specialist group, our focus will be ensuring we provide a comprehensive range of cardiac expertise to our community. SA Heart is one of Australia's largest private cardiology providers, with 27 cardiologists servicing 15 locations in metropolitan and regional South Australia.

Due to recent expansion we are looking for a Call Centre Representative whose approach aligns with our company values of Integrity, Compassion, Collaboration and Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating staffing levels in conjunction with Practice Manager to accommodate calls efficiently
  • Triaging incoming and outgoing calls effectively in a timely manner
  • Following call centre “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information & research issues to provide appropriate solutions
  • Confirming and making patient appointments
  • Able to effectively solve customer issues and inquiries

Candidate requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and efficient individual with an eye for detail and the ability to take on any task and successfully follow it though. The candidate will have a caring and friendly attitude towards both staff and patients.

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Applicants must have medical experience, customer service focus, and be a proven team player. A police check will also be required prior to commencement.
