This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded international consumer goods organisation. Professional team environment. Ongoing casual assignment. Own transport essential.
Monday to Friday 12-4
Roles commence on Tuesday 3rd of July - the first three weeks are full time thereafter you will go onto your part time shift.
Working in a close knit team environment you will be responsible for the following duties and activities:
- Taking of customer orders, via phone
- Setting up of new customer accounts
- Entering customer information
- Trouble shooting and solving customer queries
- Following up on outstanding orders
- Updating customer records
- Selling of new products and accessories to customers
- Ensure customer details and records are up to date
To be successful in acquiring this role you must have the following skills and attributes:
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to engage with customers over the phone
- Good computer skills
