This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded international consumer goods organisation. Professional team environment. Ongoing casual assignment. Own transport essential.

Monday to Friday 12-4

Roles commence on Tuesday 3rd of July - the first three weeks are full time thereafter you will go onto your part time shift.

Working in a close knit team environment you will be responsible for the following duties and activities:

  • Taking of customer orders, via phone
  • Setting up of new customer accounts
  • Entering customer information
  • Trouble shooting and solving customer queries
  • Following up on outstanding orders
  • Updating customer records
  • Selling of new products and accessories to customers
  • Ensure customer details and records are up to date

 

To be successful in acquiring this role you must have the following skills and attributes:

  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to engage with customers over the phone
  • Good computer skills
