We are looking for a new team member for our marketing team located at our office in Belmont
Hours required:
Ideally: Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm but flexible in days and hours
This is a casual up to 5 days a week role with opportunities for a permanent position for the right candidate
The role primarily consists but not restricted to making outbound calls to set up appointments for our Sales Team.
For this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Be well spoken with a bubbly, enthusiastic and persuasive manner
- Be able to identify the needs of the client and create an appointment
- Be fully available and reliable for the required hours
- Able to hit set achievable KPI's
- Have the want to take "ownership" of your role and the drive to succeed
- Have a real "can do" personality with a passion for achieving goals
- Computer proficient with microsoft software
- Can think outside the square and be flexible with your approach
- Can be a valuable part of a team but still work autonomously
