Audi Centre Sydney is currently seeking a highly personable and professional Concierge to join our Service Team, tasked with ensuring that customer expectations in service and experience are exceeded. With a passion for the brand and an enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service the successful candidate will join our Award winning team in Australia's largest Audi dealer.
2018 will be pivotal to the continued growth of Audi in Australia; with numerous new models to be launched to the market ensuring that now is the time to make the move to the largest Audi dealership in Sydney.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Proactively meeting, greeting and engaging with customers while delivering exceptional customer service
- Building rapport and working with the Service team to meet customer needs
- Drop off and pick up of customers at various points across the Sydney area
To be considered for the role, you must display the following:
- A background in customer facing roles
- The desire to deliver a customer experience beyond expectations
- Excellent communication skills
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that applicants hold a valid Australian Drivers License.
