This leading security monitoring organisation is part of a global business and has a diverse and impressive group of companies under their umbrella. This division have fast paced and technologically advanced operations based in the Southern suburbs of Brisbane. They provide security monitoring for a vast range of commercial and residential properties and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Currently, there a several permanent vacancies available for Monitoring Operators with a strong customer service experience to join our supportive and friendly team. As a Monitoring Operator, you will be involved in handling high volume inbound and outbound calls and logging information onto their customised database. You will enjoy working in comfortable and modern offices with the latest computer systems and equipment. This fast paced and exciting role will see you informing customers of alarm activations and documenting information within the database. Ideally you have gained stable experience within the hospitality or retail industries and are looking for a step into the security industry.

You will enjoy the variety of working on rotating 24/7 roster on either 8 or 10 hour shifts and have a passion for liaising with customers on the phone in a polite and professional manner. Excellent training and development programs are provided. This role will require you to acquire a security licence and criminal history checks will be conducted. This position is working within a supervised and supportive environment where you will be free to ask questions and be supported, this role is also highly focused on following set policies and procedures as compliance in paramount. You enjoy ensuring that you work in correct and 100% accurate at all times. You have strong keyboard/typing skills and have a strong attention to detail.
