About the business

Dr Group provides Television and Audio Visual installation, managed IT service, service and support for both the consumer and corporate customers nationally. We are continuously looking for the right professionals to join our growing team, with offices in SA, Vic, Qld, NSW and WA.

About the role

  • Answer incoming calls and Customer Call backs for service jobs.
  • Update jobs within client portals and managing inhouse system with booking of jobs
  • Respond to client emails in a timely manner to ensure we meets SLA's.
  • Arrange onsite attendance for inhouse techs and contractors
  • Create service orders for contractors and managing process
  • Close off jobs daily and ensure all transactions are processed correctly for finance team
  • Order parts for service jobs, liaise with logistics department as required
  • Any other duties requested by Service Delivery Manager and General Manager from time to time

Skills and experience

  • Scheduling experience in a service delivery environment
  • Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • Experience within a service delivery environment (IT, AV desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in outlook, word, excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality outcomes
  • Good problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks/responsibilities
