The role:

•   Providing over-the-phone and email customer service support to our schools and teachers for both products

•   Identifying potential product improvement from customer feedback

•   Accurately maintaining our client databases

•   Actively participating in team training and staff meetings and activities

•   Initially 10 to 20 hours per week with the possibility of a future increase in hours

You will need to have:

•   A proven track record of success in sales and/or customer service

•  Great understanding of consumer websites, app technology and social media as a business tool

•   Competent, working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

•   Excellent written and oral communication skills for use with our customers and within our team

•   A warm and confident phone manner

•   Self-awareness and a growth mindset

•   A 'can do' attitude

•   A philosophy of respect and helpfulness toward customers and coworkers
