Our innovative, fun and ever-growing client is looking for proactive and experienced Mortgages Collections candidates for their home loans team. 

This funky financial services company is based in Parramatta, they are people-focused, provide real support for their customer's individual needs and lead with integrity. They are a well established and rapidly growing international company who really look after their staff. 

This role starts as a 12 month fixed term contract with the strong possibility of going permanent; this company loves to keep great staff for the long term. 

Key responsibilities: 

• High volume collection calls relating to home loans
• End to end management of the portfolio from 0 days through to repossession
• Provide email and written correspondence to customers
• Demonstrate proactive professional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations, business policies and procedures are being upheld at all times

To be considered for this opportunity you will have: 

• Previous Collections experience in Mortgages
• An understanding of the litigation and repossession processes
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Self-managed and self-directed 
• Drive and energy to do well and achieve
• Ability to work well as part of a team
