An opportunity exists to work alongside a dynamic and energised team in providing support and assisting with the advancement of the business in LKN's corporate office in Perth CBD.
LKN is seeking a self-motivated person to join our team and assist with growing our client base by setting appointments. The primary focus of the position is to generate new client opportunities via warm calling and generating new leads for our accountants. You will need to enter accurate client details into the our systems and have the ability to work efficiently in a predominately autonomous capacity.
The position requires exceptional customer service, phone etiquette and a positive attitude towards promoting the LKN brand. Providing an excellent customer experience is a must.

* Knowledge or experience in the accounting/ financing industry would be advantageous

* Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing/lead generation/customer services/sales/EA support
* Ability to promote the our brand and provide an excellent customer experience
* Experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite and web based CRM systems
* Ability to respond proactively to coaching and feedback
