The company
This major progressive medical device company is looking to expand their Customer Service team within the Surgical division. This will be a 14 month contract position. The company is based in their offices in North Ryde. The company has an amazing culture and you work within a very supportive team!
The role
You will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of customer service to both internal and external customers. This will involve:
- Assist customers with basic product queries, pricing, invoicing, credits, bookings, order numbers and any other customer inquiries.
- Process incoming customer orders in an accurate and timely manner to the client's quality procedures.
- Handling a high number of calls on a daily basis.
- Being responsible for the provision of customer service to the client's customers, internal departments and consumers.
Requirements
- At least two years Customer Service or Call Centre experience.
- Accurate and quick data processing skills, i.e. data entry experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbally and written).
- Problem solving skills.
- Proven accuracy and precision and the ability to priorities tasks.
