Our client based in a great location within the Western suburbs is seeking experienced Outbound Call Centre representatives to join their friendly team. The key responsibility within this role is to make outbound warm calls in lottery sales whilst providing excellence in customer service. We are looking for experienced Telesales Operators with the ability to commence immediately and with the right attitude and dedication to communicate with a wide range of customers.
You will be responsible for
- Must be experienced in Telesales
- Must be confident in making warm and cold telephone calls
- Ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- Ability to meet set KPI’s
- Maintaining quality and company standards with all customer interactions

To be successful in this role you will have
- A minimum of 2 years recent telesales experience
- Excellent, clear communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be successful with on the job training
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Excellent phone manner and ability to build strong rapport
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail
- Passion to work in a team environment
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Current Police Clearance
