Immediate opportunity for experienced Customer Service Rep with extensive SAP and FMCG industry experience to join this manufacturer of healthcare and nutritional products

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage key customer accounts over the phone
• Process orders and create invoices using SAP
• Account management, handling phone queries and emails in relation to stock and deliveries
• Provide customer account reporting
• Work as part of a high performing customer service team
• Achieve targets and KPI’s working in a fast paced environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and account management

Successful applicant will be able to meet the following:

• Proven track record working in a dynamic fmcg company
• Extensive customer service experience using SAP
• Excellent excel and reporting skills
• Superior communication, influencing and rapport building skills
• Initiative, work well under pressure and able to prioritise
• Effective problem solver with a “can do” attitude
• An enthusiastic team player who is equally capable of working autonomously
• High work ethic and results driven
• SAP experience essential
