We have an exciting opportunity to join our Reverse Logistics Operations Team as one of our Customer Service Specialists!

Within the company, the Customer Service Team forms part of the Supply Chain group, which also consists of Purchasing, Data Management, Integrated Business Planning and the Warehouse. 

The Reverse Logistics Customer Service Team form part of the Customer Service Team and are responsible for placing all customer orders, chasing purchase orders for payment, assisting with backorders, customer discrepancies and GRA’s. Supporting both internal and external customers on a daily basis, a high level of attention to detail is crucial to ensure customer expectations are met.

About YOU!

You have a love for customer service and passion for getting results. You must be a team player with the ability to prioritise efficiently. The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written with a high level of attention to detail will see you succeed in this role.

 What you will be doing:

  • Answering phones and responding to customer requests;
  • Actioning and processing all sales, consignment and loan orders;
  • Chase P/O’s for outstanding loans invoices;
  • Customer complaint investigation;
  • Advise customers of back orders and price discrepancies;
  • Issuing of GRA’s;
  • General filing and archiving.

Skills required:

  • Great attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral);
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
