The Role
- Attend to customer queries
- Liaise with clients and customers
- Adhere to debt collecting guidelines
- Manage your own portfolio of debt
- Take a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

The Ideal Candidate
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have 2-5 years' experience in either Auto Finance or Credit Card Collections
- Be driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a flair for negotiating and dispute resolution
- Proven excellence at striving and achieving KPIs
