As a Team Leader, leading a Service Centre team at a key customer account, this is a challenging yet dynamic role. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide leadership, direction and support to a talented team of Service Centre Technicians to ensure that a high quality of service is delivered to our customer.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing a team of 10+ employees Proficient relationship building skills
  • A proven team player with strong motivational skills
  • The ability to work closely with key stakeholders and provide technical advice and documentation
  • ITIL Foundations certification is desirable
