Client Details

Our client is a market leader in manufacturing and distribution of building materials to the Greater Australian market. Working within a tightly-knit Customer Service and Order Processing team, this role is responsible for managing team of 20 staff that are responsible for customer orders and liaising with internal departments on deliveries, order tracking, installations and processing all relevant customer requests.

Description

The right candidate will be able to grow and assume initiative in their role as a Team Leader. They are required to do the following:

  • Manage large scale orders to essential clients post sale
  • Supervise and Assist in the Management of a team of 20 Staff Members
  • Deliver a key attention to detail with reporting to CS Manager
  • Liaise closely with Sales, Manufacturing and Logistics & Supply Chain Departments
  • Manage and Maintain a high level of Customer Service
  • Maintain a great attention to detail to all orders and requests
  • Organize delivery times and order supply
  • Demonstrate a high attention to detail with intermediate PC Skills
  • Maintain a calm and effective level of communication in regard to complaints

Profile

Previous Leadership experience is required and experience within Supply Chain, Logistics on Manufacturing market or within a similar role would be preferred. Such individuals require the following:

  • Intermediate skill across all Microsoft platforms
  • Show proven and adept leadership skills within a KPI Driven environment
  • Keen eye for detail in relation to orders
  • Ability to seek out tasks during downtime and manage work flow effectively
  • Have a strong focus on developing staff skills
