VBCS's experience in Victoria includes a range of small and large Owners Corporations Committees, Sub-Committees, Stratum Titles and Company Share Scheme. With its in-house Information systems, VBCS assures strong financial management and controls which help ensure the gains in long-term value for your strata plans.
VBCS is not only the largest manager of strata units in Victoria, it also has a dedicated team of over 50 managers and support staff to meet the needs of it over 2000 clients. VBCS is also a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).
