About the role

Our Client is looking to recruit highly motivated candidates who are team players to join their Monitoring Centre. This is a really nice role you will be responsible for receiving incoming telephone calls and need to action them in a timely manner with the appropriate response to meet customer relationship. The monitoring centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year long. Successful applicants will be required to work a combination of weekday, weekend and night shifts on the rotating roster.

What you need to have

  • Excellent customer service
  • Good telephone manner
  • Positive, friendly, helpful attitude
  • Good computer skills
  • Typing/ Data Entry skills of approx. 40 wpm
  • Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security licence
  • Self motivated
  • Enjoy working in a supervised team environment
