Here you'll be joining a tight-knit family, where employees have a say and are rewarded for going above and beyond. 

As a Customer Service Rep, you'll be helping every-day people to realise their home improvement and renovation dreams. The organisation has recently gone through a digital transformation, so are consequently seeking a tech savvy individual who can guide customers through their suite of digital products. 


What skills and experience are needed?

  • 1- 3 years in Customer Service (phone and email based)
  • Technical Support experience (digital; websites/portals/products) 
  • CRM knowledge 
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and client focus

As a team player, you’ll frequently be given opportunities to get involved in other activities such as company events, product development/research and wider operations. You won’t be held back here and will learn from some very successful people.
