Calling all Customer Service Gurus!
We have expanded our operations and require more staff.
We are an Inbound Customer Contact Centre, taking the calls for both Australia and New Zealand for the Jim's Group - Jim's Mowing, Antennas, Dog Wash and another 40+ different divisions!
We are looking for Full Time permanent employees who can work a rotating roster. We operate 7 days a week.
You must be able to work as part of a team to achieve set KPI's but more importantly, give every client you touch base with an exceptional experience.
The main duties of the position are as follows:
- Receiving inbound calls from internal and external clients, both over the phone and via webchat
- Entering data accurately into an "inhouse" system
- Providing excellent customer service on each and every customer transaction
- Other ad hoc administration duties
We offer fully paid, hands on training and are looking for a start date of early August.
This position is located in Mooroolbark and not readily accessible via public transport, therefore applicants will need to have their own transportation to and from work.Ideally living within a 50km radius.
To be successful for this opportunity you will need to have excellent customer service skills, well developed communication skills, clear and fluent English and intermediate computer skills. Call centre experience is highly desirable but not essential.
