Brand new role - GREEN FIELD site , this is your chance to join a fast past growing organisation who are a specialist within there Field .This role will be based in their beautiful Brand new offices located in the heart of Bondi Junction.As the first recruits in this space you`ll have the opportunity to get in first, take ownership and make your mark.Ideally this role will be providing phone support for all Merchant customers using the services of this organisation .This will be in the type of a small call centre.
We are looking for some to BUILD OWN , Manage and drive the new contact customer services team. Do you have a background in REWARDS, Finance , cards ,payments , RETAIL Point of Sale Merchant devices . Or Just an exceptional customer services background and want to work for a market leader.?
We are looking for people with the following backgrounds
- Contact centre Experience ideally Rewards Cards ,
- Contact centre Team Lead experience
- Providing support to Retailers , POS Eftpos devices.
- Working with or as a Rewards ,Merchants
- Providing Merchant Support , devices Eftpos POS
- Phone or face to face cards payments support
- Understanding of Rewards ,Cards Payments
- Recent Customer service experience - inbound Phone , sales
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Someone that wants to be part of a successful team
- Someone that wants to step up be part of something big.
