We are looking for a leader to join our team at Maxxia that will embody our values of "Driving what is Possible"The Team Leader position is responsible for successfully managing, developing and coaching  a team of Customer Care Consultants towards the achievement of KPI objectives within the Contact Centre.  Working with a small but passionate team you will be responsible for operational efficiency,  the identification of customer centric process improvement opportunities and the coordination and project management of key projects.

Experience Essentials

• 3+ year's management experience
• Strong time management skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve business goals
• Strong stakeholder management
• Proficient verbal & written communication skills
• Experience in leading operational  change
• Strong people management skills, in particular staff development, team leadership and the ability to motivate a team
• Experiencing managing in an environment that must adhere to strict  standards, acts, codes and legislation
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of the principals and operation of system control applications, sound computer skills, and a proven ability to adapt to new computer and system environments
• Strong time management skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve business goals
