The key responsibilities will be:

  • Optimise the new customer experience from the very first contact
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the mobile sales team
  • Ensure the team follow up on all leads
  • Collation and analysis or reporting
  • Review the teams processes
  • Training and coaching at desk level
  • Understand the regulatory and compliance issues
  • Drive continuous improvement

The selection criteria:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing a sales and customer service call centre
  • Ability to persuade and influence
  • Strong sales
  • Strong leadership
  • Ability to empathise
  • An understanding of the older customer and their family
  • Organisational resilience and robustness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to produce activity reports
