The key responsibilities will be:
- Optimise the new customer experience from the very first contact
- Maintain excellent relationships with the mobile sales team
- Ensure the team follow up on all leads
- Collation and analysis or reporting
- Review the teams processes
- Training and coaching at desk level
- Understand the regulatory and compliance issues
- Drive continuous improvement
The selection criteria:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing a sales and customer service call centre
- Ability to persuade and influence
- Strong sales
- Strong leadership
- Ability to empathise
- An understanding of the older customer and their family
- Organisational resilience and robustness
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to produce activity reports
