- Exciting opportunity for a driven Customer Engagement Officer
- Full-time permanent position in Kirrawee
- Work for an organisation who values your individual contribution
As a Customer Engagement Officer you will be required to act as a first point of contact for prospective customers, lead new customers through an introduction to Sylvanvale services and aid existing customers with planning their service and funding needs.
Essential Experience & Knowledge
- Experience within Corporate Customer Service, Hospitality or Retail
- 100% focused on delighting customers
- Quick to learn, excited to learn and willing to invest time and energy in learning
- Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem resolver
- Ability to use systems and interpret the output from systems
- Loves being an a fast paced- every changing environment
- Ability to self-manage priorities to get the job done, with a smile and accurately.
- Current Unrestricted Class C NSW driver’s license
- Current WWC clearance
- Ability to work flexibly with office hours and role requirements
- A capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job
