  • 36.25 hours per week on a rotating roster Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am-8pm
  • Comprehensive training provided (Tier 2 RG146 accredited)

  • Taking inbound calls & delivering exceptional customer service to achieve targets within the required SLA timeframes
  • Uncovering the needs of our customers
