Your role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be servicing customer interactions on behalf of an Australian Government Department.
What you have:
- An engaging phone manner
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to use computers
- Availability to work up to 38 hours a week
- Availability to commit to 2 weeks full time training at the start of your employment.
- Availability to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday.
Your experience in similar, telephone based customer service / sales roles will be an added advantage!
Please note - to be eligible for this role, you will need to be an Australian Citizen and be prepared to provide suitable documentation for a thorough Security and Citizenship Check.
