Reporting to the Customer Care Manager for the South Pacific region, the suitable candidate provide critical support to our clients customer base in this high energy role.

You will work closely with the sales & marketing team to create a superior customer experience.

Description

Duties of this role will include but not be limited to;

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage service tickets for effective issue resolution.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Order and delivery of key product.
  • Organising field engineers to site.
  • Establish & maintain relationships with distribution partners & end users.
  • Engage with the internal sales & product teams to achieve the best resolutions.

Profile

The suitable candidate will possess the following;

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • Desire to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Passion for learning & development.
  • Critical thinking, analysis and problem solving abilities.
  • Experience in SAP is desirable.
  • A degree in electrical / electronic engineering or related is favourable.
