We have a fantastic opportunity with an established global education provider located at the foot of Melbourne’s Bourke street Mall. This market leading organisation has tripled in size in the last 12 months is looking to add an experienced manager to lead the Student Success team.

As the Student Success Manager your role will be to lead and coach a team of Student Success Advisors to retain student enrollments for their respected university partner. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a small yet fast and dynamic team and has the ability to naturally drive performance
  
The Role:

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of 6 Student Success Advisors
• Drive the quality and performance of the team
• Set and manage team KPI’s
• Develop and implement improvement opportunities
• Lead by example and drive student satisfaction

The Candidate:

• Demonstrate a proven history of leading a team of outbound sales consultants
• Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have a natural ability to coach a team and drive performance
• You will have a hands-on management style
• Strong time management and administration skills

The Opportunity:

• $80-85K base + Super
