This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly, busy and team orientated environment. This organisation now needs an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join their Customer Service team.

You will work with a results focused team who all work closely together to achieve results and meet tight deadlines.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinates the sales administration for customer and the company for sales activities
  • Process sales, quotes and arrange deliveries
  • Directs general enquiries into relevant departments
  • Liaise with field representatives on a daily basis with customer leads and customer enquiries
  • Provides technical literature/information to customers
  • Ensures timely and accurate invoicing
  • Liaise with customers and Account Managers regarding order confirmation, product availability and ETA's
  • Process credit claims as required
  • Provide information to the Supply Manager pertaining to stock availability and stock reordering
  • Ad hoc duties and projects as required

Key skills and attributes required for this role are:

  • At least three years solid Customer Service skills in an office environment
  • Ability to multi task efficiently and effectively
  • Sound computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Proactive with strong problem solving skills
