We are looking for a Guest Experience Contact Centre Consultant to join our team to cover a 1 year maternity contract. This role is a full time role however for the right candidate, we can be flexible with working hours.
Main Purpose & Duties of the Role:
- Conduct Outbound calls to encourage Service bookings;
- Conduct Outbound After Service & Sales Follow ups calls up to evaluate guest satisfaction;
- Conduct Outbound Prospect follow up calls to evaluation guest satisfaction;
- Engage with guests and build a positive rapport; and
- Verify guest contact details and ensure database accuracy.
The successful applicant be able to demonstrate:
- High level customer service skills and attention to detail;
- A passion for customer service and dealing with a wide variety of people;
- Friendly and positive can do attitude;
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills;
- Exceptional phone manner;
- Show initiative and ability to work autonomously;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- At least one (1) year of Contact/Call Centre experience is essential;
- Previous Toyota Service and/or Sales experience is preferred; and
- Experience with Pentana/ERA software would be advantageous
