The Company
A well known high end property services organisation with a passion for delivering above client expectations when it comes to their onsite concierge services. Working for this organisation will be like working with a 6 star private hotel, you will be dealing with a diverse range of clients and ensuring their comfort and expectations are met with at every turn.
About the Role
Using the clients proprietary systems you will be responsible for:
- Providing a warm welcoming environment for all clients and guests
- Ensuring all requests are dealt with in a timely and friendly manner
- Providing boardroom and meeting room service
- Ability to provide clients with inside knowledge of the best coffee shops, restaurants and dry cleaning services around
- In a nut shell, providing a 6 star service to all you come in contact with
About You
- Experience as a concierge or customer service professional from either the hospitality industry, hotel industry or cabin crew
- Ability to work on a rotating roster consisting of Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm
- Ability to exceed clients expectations
- Warm and Friendly personality
- Impeccably groomed & well presented
