About You
 
  • Ability to provide quality customer service in a debt recovery environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team to carry out a range of tasks in a high volume environment while ensuring performance targets and standards are met
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills 
  • Experience in applying and following established policies and procedures whilst achieving required Key Performance Indicators

Revenue NSW is a division within the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation. As NSW's principal revenue agency, Revenue NSW administers state taxation and revenue, manages fines and administers grants and subsidies for the people of NSW.

Assessment Centre’s will be held on Saturday 4th August 2018 , with final interviews to be conducted the following week.

Closing date for Applications:  29th July 2018 [11:59PM]. Your application should include a two page cover letter and an up-to-date resume of no more than five pages which clearly details your skills and experience as relevant to this role. Applicants invited for interview will be required to complete additional assessments. There are no selection criteria to be addressed.
 
Salary Clerk Grade 3/4 maximum salary package up to $83,665. Package includes salary ($68,929- $75,476), commensurate with skills and experience, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.  For part-time employment these amounts should be pro-rated as these amounts are based on a 35hr week.
 
Job Status Roles will be ongoing or temporary part-time positions, (25 hours per week) under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 with variable early and late shifts between 6am and 10 pm, 5 days per week.
