Their Design Consulting Team is able to offer product suggestions as well as technical support, while working within your time schedule and budget to provide you with a complete "home" solution to match your Residential Building needs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Due to forecasted market growth through NSW they are looking for a professional and personable Design Consultant to join their Sydney Team.
- Liaising one on one with clients in the Showroom offering support in the selection and specification of lighting, security, home automation and audio products
- Assisting to create product design plans to fit the customer's needs
- ** Please Note - Full training in the online design system will be provided
- Up-selling and offering product suggestions based on specific customer needs
- Delivering excellennce in Customer service
- Offering technical support
- Managing plans, quotations and preparing final drafts for customer approval
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build repour quickly
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Sales / Customer service experience within a Showroom environment
- Related product experience - lighting, security, paint, tiles, carpet - building interior products
- Attention to detail when preparing and processing orders
- An Interior Design background will be highly regarded
- Team focused but also the ability to work autonomously
- Self motivated & solid time management skills
- Someone who wants to "make a difference to their customers"
