Community Engagement Manager

Role responsibilities:

 

  • Provide personalised member experiences and build positive relationships by inducting new members, respond to the enquiries on membership and its benefits
  • Follow the member cycle of induction
  • Contact prospective members and introduce to TRW community (proactive calls)
  • Ensure high retention rate of members by providing a high level of service and support
  • Engage and retain mentors
  • Conduct regular follow ups via phone and email
  • Process payments and provide receipts
  • Managing and updating members’ profiles using CRM
  • Execute weekly and monthly reports on membership sales and member engagement performance
  • Providing our members with a fantastic experience, by meeting their needs and surprising them wherever possible
  • Partake in monthly meetings

 

Essential Skills:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Must be tech savvy, with a strong ability to interact with new software
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised
  • Highly proactive and independent worker
  • Solutions oriented
  • Highly driven attitude
  • Strong phone sales skills
  • Strong ability to build relationships, confident demeanour and ability to make people feel comfortable, supported and enthusiastic during the call.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to take on feedback
  • Must be Sydney based

 

Highly Desired Additional Skills:

 

  • A background in either education, authoring content such as blogs or career coaching
  • Previous experience with Hubspot
  • Previous experience in a relationship manager or in a membership retention style role
