  1. Monitor, reply and post responses to customer issues & questions on Facebook, eBay and Amazon.
  2. Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are dispatched within a 24 hr. window.
  3. Understand B2C fulfilment processes and procedures from end to end
  4. Respond to all customer enquiries whilst protecting our Top Seller Ranking and reporting to the Product Manager on shipping defects, negative feedback, and product issues.
  5. Competitor Analysis by daily site reviews
  6. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  7. Attention to detail, excellent work ethic and attitude.
  8. Professional approach with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
  9. Demonstrated self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills and creative problem solving skills
  10. Highly organised and confident in using Microsoft office. Some basic HTML, Photoshop and CSS Skills will also be advantageous to securing this role.  
  11. Australian residency and full driver’s license
  12. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online retail environment and with a strong focus on sales growth.
  13. Experience with Feefo, eBay store management, and shopify will also be highly considered.
