Customer Service experience

Large technology organisation is seeking a Customer Service officer to assist them with various means of support across the organisation.

To Be Successful:

Previous customer service experience
Ability to work individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Windows Programs.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify the accuracy of information and data.
A drive to succeed in meeting goals and objectives.
Ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities.
Experience in SAP (or other ERP systems) an advantage
Experience in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) an advantage
