Role Snapshot
Tabcorp’s Wagering Division has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer service professional to work on Racedays based on various tracks in the Sydney Metro area and surrounds. Oncourse Operators efficiently and accurately process bets and payouts via Tabcorp Wagering terminals and provide exceptional customer service to Race Day customers.
Our Ideal Person
To be considered for this opportunity you will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service. You will possess basic keyboarding skills with a high degree of accuracy coupled with cash handling experience gained in a high volume environment. Knowledge of, or an interest in the racing industry, such as bet types, will be highly regarded however not necessary. It is a requirement of this role to have availability on weekends and public holidays at both Randwick and Rosehill racecourses.
We require you to be a part of two of our biggest days of the year on Saturday 13th October at Randwick (The Everest) and at various sites on Tuesday 6th November (Melbourne Cup Day).
