Highly reputable 20 year old BRW Awarded property business located in Brisbane is seeking to appoint a Client Service Officer. This is an amazing ground floor opportunity as we launch nationally our new division- PD SMART HOMES. This is the next generation of property investment. A super high yielding, life enhancing property product.

You will be coordinating and supporting a small team of specialists servicing enquiry from across Australia. This is an integral role and you will be a vital part of our team. 

What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate would be a mature individual either looking to enter the real estate industry or seeking to re-join the work force. Option to work from home will be considered.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service / phone sales / appointment setting role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the sales process
  • Accurate typing skills and attention to detail when recording information
  • Pleasant phone manner and a positive attitude
  • Outcome orientated and the ability to work across a variety of clients

Position requirements :

·         Responsibility for all our Initial client contact and answering general questions.  No cold calling.

·         Responsibility for recording all client contact and coordinating appointments

·         Maintaining the integrity of the client database

·         Contributing to continuous process improvement as we grow

Preference will be given for a high degree of computer skills and experience managing CRM programmes.

The role is likely to grow into a long-term full time position for the right candidate, Does this sound like you?

HOURS: 16 to 24 hours a week, $25 per hour + bonuses. Candidate must be available to work after 4pm weekdays.
