Your new company
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a government department in a customer service officer role. Working in a supportive team environment based in Western Sydney CBD you'll be the first point of contact for in-bound enquiries regarding HR queries.

Your new role
This role is responsible for providing initial advice and direction to internal and external customers regarding HR related enquiries within a call centre environment. The role will also assist the recordings and maintenance of the customer enquiries data base and you will need to ensure that all information is kept up to date daily. This is a high volume, fast paced environment dealing with varied enquires, some of which will become complex in nature and require further investigation.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previously worked in a contact centre or customer service role within the HR space. You'll be passionate about people and want to give an excellent service at all times whilst able to multi-task and possess strong organisation skills. Experience using SAP is highly regarded. This is an excellent six month contract with a strong potential to extend and go permanent. Please also note that this will be a rotating roster between 6:00am to 7:30pm working eight hours a day. The position will require an immediate start so you must be available at short notice.
