Our client is a Registered Training Organisation offering a wide range of courses, with a strong community focus.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with previous management or team leader experience to support the fun and high performing Sales and Service team.

This is a Full-time role working Monday to Friday based in the Logan City area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and mentor a team of 4 Sales and Services  Consultants
•  Organise team meetings, rosters, training programs, leave balances and manage performance issues
•  Ensure that KPIs are met and that weekly/ monthly reporting is provided
•  Complete inductions and ensure that the safety policies are obeyed
•  Manage escalations and assist with resolving queries and providing timely updates to customers
• Liaise with various stakeholders including clients, customers and internal departments
• Work to an allocated budget and meet sales targets

To be considered for this role you must meet the below criteria:

• Demonstrated Leadership or Management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to coach and develop teams to KPI’s
• Proven record of working to KPIs and meeting sales targets and service level standards.
• Knowledge and understanding of the VET education industry preferred but not essential
• Demonstrated excellent time management and work organisation skills
• Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work
• Able to pass a National Police Check
