About the opportunity

We are building our first ever centralized customer service desk to support our residential aged care, home care and retirement living services across NSW and ACT. This is a rare opportunity for an energetic and well organized customer service coordinator to own this space and help us set it up.

Working as part of the Marketing team in our beautiful CBD office, this role will see you engaging with a variety of customers and working with local teams to ensure every enquiry receives exceptional service. You don't need a wealth of customer service experience to be successful in this role, however you do need a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience, coupled with great communication and organisational skills.

Your new role:

  • Delivering excellence in customer service over the phone and via email
  • Capturing and recording accurate customer enquiry information
  • Managing leads and ensuring they have been followed up
  • Preparing and distributing enquiry packs

To be successful:

  • Proactive and energetic with a passion for customer service
  • Have proven administration and computer skills
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong customer service experience
  • Experience in CRM (desirable but not essential)
