Skills & Experience
- Customer service experience – going the extra mile for customer satisfaction
- Experience in a busy and multitasking call centre environment
- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse team
 
Essential Criteria
- Strong work history
- Commitment to staying in the role long-term
- Experience working with high volume calls
- Must be available for rotating shifts roster
